Can a Chevy truck run in cold weather?
After its warm it runs just fine. The colder the outside temp. is, the worse the truck runs. Around 20-40 degrees I have to let it fully warm up otherwise its horrible and even stalls out occasionally. If its below 20 degrees it will take awhile to even get it started.

Not always. Fuel pump has to warm up, just like everything else. It warms up after pumping for a little bit. Motor goes full rich on start up, which adds to the strain on the fuel pump. You should check the fuel pump pressure when cold and when warm.
