Yes. Yes, but no turn signals or brake lights. No. Only the parking lights work on the entire rear of the vehicle. Does it have a reset relay/switch? I have lost lights before and if I turned the vehicle off and then restarted it my lights would activate. Since the high mount brake light does not work also we will need to check several things.

Open them up and make sure there is no white or green corrosion causing an issue inside the connectors. If so clean them out or replace the connectors with new ones.
