Why is there no sound from my GPS?
If radio or BT is playing then no sound from GPS. ( Radio does lowers its volume but no talk from gps on any sounds). You have to set iGO as default navigation App in your device. Last edited by WOB; 23rd August 2018 at 05:28 PM .
Is there a difference between no sound and no radio?
No difference. Everything seems to work — there is just no sound. I do still get the audio alerts from the lane-keep and other safety systems. But no audio associated with the screen. Anybody have any idea what’s going on?
What do you do when there is no sound coming from your radio?
Started the car, pulled the fuse, waited one minute, turned OFF the car, put the fuse back in, restarted the car. Everything worked great. BTW, it is the 20A Multimedia Fuse on the 2013 Elantra Ltd. 59 people found this helpful. Paper clip also worked For 2012 Elantra Ltd.
What do you do when there is no sound in your car?
The sound for my radio, GPS and blue tooth is not working. Can you help Pull the fuse for the audio system, wait about a minute, and then put it back in. It will reset the sound system. Quirky fix, but it will work. My 2012 does the same thing. :- ( 96 people found this helpful.

What should I do if my GPS unit is not working?
Turn the vehicle key to ACC or IGNITION position. Connect the power cable to the GPS navigation unit if it is a stand-alone unit. Check the fuses in the fuse panel. It’s normally on the driver-side of your car. Replace any blown fuses. Make sure the battery is fully charged if it has a battery.
