Why is my power seat not working on my Mercedes CLA?
Freaky! dem Germans make great engines and cars overall but when it comes to electrical stuff they fall way behind their japanese rivals. My uncles VW Phaeton had all sorts of electrical problems after year 1. From power seats not working to AC issues to windows not being able to roll back up.
Why is the electric seat not working on my Mercedes c250?
Any assistance with my issue would be great. 2012 C250 Coupe, seat will recline but not incline fully with the electric option on the door. Manually it does both but wont stay in a proper locked upright position for me to drive.

Click to expand… so which fuse was it….in the trunk or somewhere else? If its is CLK320 2002, then is it the fuse no 6. white 25 fuse. Otherwise please check the list in the fuse box, it will tell you which one is for seat adjustment.

How to diagnose a power seat problem?
The correct approach to diagnostics involves disconnecting the seat circuit at each of the connectors and hooking up a test lamp to check for continuity. If you don’t have access to a test lamp setup then it will come down to trial and error to diagnose your particular root cause.
Is the 6 way switch on the power seat working?
What has happened is the 6 way switch is not lgett me move the seat, the lumbar controls work perfectly fine. I have checked everything that I could think of. The wire harnesses are hooked up, fuse is good and the wires seem to have no kinks or cuts in them. This is beyound me and I would really appreciate some help.
