How do you shift in neutral on a Honda Odyssey?
On older Hondas, there was a key size hole for you to push car key in and “frees” shifter. If not visible next to shifter, you may need to pop bezel (trim around shifter) off. The hole may be hidden. It would not make sense for Honda to remove this type of feature. Good luck!
Can a Honda Foreman 400 start in gear?
I heard of a Foreman 450 and a Foreman 500.. But not a Foreman 400 thanks for the info, how will i start it now since its in gear, is it a hard job to get to the clutch?? Some bikes will start in gear if you pull the front brake and try to start. This may be a mod that only the newer bikes come with.
Is there a pushbutton transmission on Honda Odyssey?
Pushbutton transmissions existed on some Chrysler’s back in 1950s, then went out of production. Arrive late 2010s and Honda brings back the pushbutton transmission, and omits a powerless mode to switch to neutral. I hope to see improvement from Honda. What should I do if my Honda trx420fa is not shifting?
Check the service manual for their locations. Check the gear position switch using the service manual as well. Check the 2wd/4wd selector switch. Check the shift solenoid too. I can’t think of any others to check right now. Have you tried the troubleshooting steps in the service manual?

Are there any problems with the Honda DCT transmission?
This is exactly the sort of thing that scares people away from Honda’s ES or DCT transmissions. It makes me sad because I’m sure you’re frustrated, and also because I don’t see people having problems with this transmission. My 2016 DCT AUTO Rancher (TRX420FA2) has been flawless now in 2800 miles.

Is the Honda foot shift electric or manual?
Many of us have Electric Shift (ES) models. In fact, Honda sells approximately EIGHT times as many ES models for every foot-shift model sold. The ES models are very reliable. But, because of the number of ES machines that are sold and owned, it sometimes seems that there are more difficulties with ES shifting than with manual shifting.
Is there a problem with Honda es shift?
Unfortunately, there has been one problem with ES shifting that has affected many ES owners at one time or another: The problem is that, at times, when you make a shift (up or down) on an ES machine, the shift is not complete.

What kind of shift problem does Honda es have?
So, I have a 2000 450 ES. I had the engine rebuilt last winter, and have put very few miles on it since. We went for a ride today, and about 5 miles into the ride I started having shift problems. At first, it would shift up to 5th, but not down. I used the shift tool to get it back to neutral. Again, it would shift up, but not down.
