Reason it vents into the turbo inlet is so that the block can still breath when you are in boost. when you floor it the pcv valve closes to prevent your block from being pressureised and then it just vents to the the turbo inlet. I hope my assumptions are all wrong cause all I can think of is that this oil is coming either from the oil feed line to the turbo and leaking somewhere by the intake pipe, or a seal has gone on the turbo and leaking oil through the air inlet pipe?
