There are alot of things that can cause the battery issues you guys and gals are talking about. First,most Chinese atv’s come with to small of a battery and thewhen trying to replace with the proper size,the battery housing is also to small. Now the great thing is about these ATV’s is the electrical systems are simple.
What to do when your ATV fuse blows?
Looked for pinched wires,(positive) or better yet melted wires. If you have melted wires, follow the melted insulation until it stops. That is where it is getting its ground. If all the wires are fine, then the only other option is to start unplugging components until you don’t have the excessive amp draw.

Why does my ATV have no power when I turn the key?
When I installed the new battery, I didn’t noticed that there were two positive cables that need to be connected to the positive terminal. One of them had slipped back into the boot, and I only connected the other one. This is why the ATV had no power at all when I was turning the key.
