Why does my car Jerk when I change the oil?
If it is just the change oil light that should have no bearing on the issue. But I would check the oil level as well while you are at it. The problem could be with the motor but the symptoms seem to point more towards a transmission issue. Have the symptoms been ongoing since the problem started or did they just start a little while ago?
