Why does my Almera have no heater fan?
Their fault appears to be fan only running on full speed but dads has no fan at all. If its out on all 4 speeds check the fuse. Also check to make sure tbe connector to the motor hasnt been kicked loose (its above the passenger footwell, unlikely but worth a look). It that fails it could be the motor itself. Why is the blower motor on my Nissan Altima not working?
Unfortunately the blower motor on the Altima is not working. The Blower motor LED lights light up to high speed but no fan. I am no where near the car ( My wife has it far away ) but I’m wondering if it is a fuse or the motor?
What to do if your blower fan stops working?
Take glove box out on passenger side. Upper left corner is Blower Fan Knock on it. If it comes on it is going out will need to replace. Blower fan will not come on at all? Check Fuses & Blower Fan? Fuses replaced for blower fan,took blower fan out and tested it and it worked? Well it has to be you climate control panel nothing else to check!
Why is the blower on my Nissan club not working?
Checked the two fuses, and they are both good. I can hear the AC compressor kick on if I lower the temp, but no air flow coming from the vents. Switching from defrost, floor, dash vents and no air flow. Manually adjusting the fan speed and still no air flow. It looks like there is a resistor plug that inserts into the blower assembly.

How much does it cost to fix Almera heater resistor?
Put current across the motor terminals and it span. Couldn’t find the blower resister – took it to local garage (all makes) tested and declared resister failure. Just get it and fit. – MISTAKE. Charged £75.65 plus vat for part, 45 minutes to fit, plus “sundries” – £3.00.
Is there a problem with my fathers Almera?
Hope someone can give me advise on a problem with my fathers Almera 1.8 2002. He has had this car from new when he retired and has not had one problem with it. I caught him driving it yesterday with the windscreen completely fogged up. Driving one hand on wheel chamois leather in other.
What should I do if my Nissan Tino is not working?
If that doesn’t work then you can replace the SCV (suction control valve) for about £80 for the part I think. Then do the reset. There is no universal one unfortunately but the good news is that the new SCV from Nissan is a revised design so you shouldn’t have the problem in future.
Why does my Nissan Tino have timing chain?
Timing chain i think. Could be out to be honest mate, take it to a garage for diagnostic plug in first, see what codes you’ve got. I LOVE the front bumper, looks awesome.
Can a Nissan Tino be replaced with a new SCV?
There is no universal one unfortunately but the good news is that the new SCV from Nissan is a revised design so you shouldn’t have the problem in future. Also if you’re in any way handy with the spanners you can replace it yourself without much bother Hope that helps.
