Why does my air conditioner not blow hot air?

Every time when I try to turn heater on.. It won’t warm up the air like it used to, but instead it blows barely warm. It’s seems that something not letting hot air to go through. Any suggestions where to start.. (Cheapest ways first) I will appreciate any advices. Once I will be doing something, I’ll post up a pic with details.
