Why are the heated seats not working on my Jeep?
None of the heated seats were working until last weekend I had 3 passengers and the back seat 2 passengers turned on their heated seats and said they were working. We turned ours on up front and they began working fine. It now seams this non-working issue is intermittent.

How do you take a heated car seat out of the car?
Pull the seat out of the car. You will need to unbolt the seat from the car or slide it off its tracks. Detach all the wires before you actually pull the seat out of the car. You will need to separate the back and the base of the seat to access the elements.

The driver’s seat also required replacing. I learned there was a second component that plugged into the heating element. The dealer replaced my heating parts and labor under the extended warranty. I was responsible for the seat cover. There are other posts on this site regarding the heated seats. I’m having the same issue with my 2011 Overland.
