Why are my brake lights not working on my Jaguar?
The AA have diagnosed the problem as being a faulty brake switch which is interlinked with the other systems and setting off the Fault warnings. Having checked the logged Fault codes for no other issues the Car is reported as being safe to drive to the dealer to have the switch changed, noting that the brake lights aren’t working!
How are the warning lights displayed on a Jaguar?
If a warning message is displayed along with a red warning light (highest priority), investigate the fault immediately. If more than one message is active, each is displayed in turn for two seconds in order of priority. Displayed when the brake fluid level is low. Depending on your location, warning light may be displayed in red letters BRAKE.
