When do I get a new steering rack?
New steering rack ordered and will be fitted tomorrow and I should have the car back tomorrow night if it all goes well. Just goes to show that the dealers are all different in their diagnosis and conclusion of faults. You can tell who will be getting my business now.

It was recommended I look up recall on car noticed there was one recall and 114 complaints for same issue for 2011-2014 Sportages. Tl the contact owned a 2016 kia Sportage. While the contact’s son was making a right turn at 5 mph, he lost control of the vehicle.
