Why is my power outlet on my Jeep not working?

So I am hoping this doesn’t have to go to the shop, this would be the 4th time and I’ve only had the Jeep a month, just something keeps going wrong. Near the USB, MicroHD drive and AUX, which all light up and seem to work, the power outlet right there has now seemed to stop working.

Attached is the wire diagram for the 12v power outlets for reference. I currently have the same 12v outlet problem. The 12v outlet next to the USB outlets under the vac control panel. I’ve checked the fuses.
