The Magnetic Coil has been replaced and works when hard wired to 12v, the system has refrigerant (checked by garage) and functions when hard wired. At this time there was power at the magnetic clutch +ve wire but not now for some reason.

A/C clutch will not engage. I narrowed it down to the red/blue wire on the compressor relay. The relay is good. My There is a way to pinpoint it.

Is the a / C clutch in the ECU?

If the ECU is seeing the signal from the A/C switch and commanding the fans on it should also be comanding the compressor on. Thats the Red/Blue wire. since that all checks good the open has to be in the ECU. Ok, what about this A/C diode?

How many volts should I have at the relay?

You should have 12 volts at the White and the Black/Yellow wire at the relay. By giving ground to the Red/blue at the relay you should than see 12 volts at the Red wire off the relay. Reply to lorunner’s Post: I do not have ground to the red/blue. When I ground the red/blue the compressor turns on and everything works as advertised.
