Needs a centre stand which you can buy as an extra from Motorrad. Buying experience: Crap MCN review means the bikes are seriously underrated and thus cheaper to buy.

KLE 500 – any reviews ? I saw a nice KLE 500 for the first time the other day , parked near work , and thought it looked like a nice bike. Anyone got one , ridden one ? Just interested in how they compare to the KLR. I have ridden one and to be honest you are better off with a KLR or a DR.

Is the KLE 500 the same engine as the GPX 500?
Sydney, Australia. The KLE 500 Twin uses the same engine as the GPX 500 and is a fave bike of UK motorcycle couriers. Some of them report getting over a hundred thousand miles out of the engine with no major work. And a lot of bikes cannot make that claim.
