The battery on my Mazda 3 started turning up dead almost every morning beginning in December. I bought a new battery and things seemed to be better for a month or two, but now the problem is back, and worse than before.

Hey Prototype99, thanks for for the idea, not the issue though…I actually unplugged the harness completely from the head unit, and the drain continued. It did have a very very small parasitic drain on the battery, but by no means enough to drain the battery.
