What to do if your MaxxForce DT has no oil?
Check your ICP sensor and harness and verify your actual ICP pressure When diagnosing a no or low ICP and no start complaint check that the high-pressure oil pump reservoir contains oil by removing the engine oil temperature (EOT) sensor. If no oil is present, check base engine oil pressure while cranking the engine.
When to replace a MaxxForce high pressure oil pump?
If the pump doesnt make the ICP described, put 12 volts & ground directly to the Injection Pressure Regulator (IPR) valve and retest. If it still will not make 3000/4000psi, or if the pressure is very erratic, the high-pressure oil pump will need to be replaced.

Why does my MaxxForce DT engine not start?
Initially though it was a HP oil issue and replaced the ICP and IPR. Still have a crank no start. no codes pulled and on the live data while cranking the highest oil pressure reading was 1700psi and supply fuel was 73 psi. the engine will jump once like it wants to start when the oil pressure is at it highest but goes back to just cranking.
