What to do when electric window does not work?
1. Disconnect master switch assembly connectors C1 and C2. Turn ignition switch to “run” position. Using a test light connected to ground, back-probe master switch assembly connector C2 terminal “F” (dark green wire). See Fig. 1. If test light illuminates, go to step 3. If test light does not illuminate, go to next step. 2.
What causes a power window to not go down?
There are a number of things that could be causing a malfunction of your power window. First off, is it only one window that won’t go down? If so, it might be a single connection, switch, or motor that’s not working. If all power windows aren’t working, then it might be a fuse or relay.
What to do if left front window does not work?
Disconnect left power window motor connector. Ensure ignition switch is in “run” position. Connect a test light between left power window motor connector terminals “A” (dark blue wire) and “B” (brown wire). Observe test light while operating left front window switch on master switch assembly to UP and DOWN positions.
What can I do if my reel and cable window is not working?
Reel and cable window regulators are simple mechanisms, but can be fussy about cable routing and may snag if jammed. As an absolute proof that the problem is electrical, try running a jumper wire direct from the battery positive terminal to the positive side of the motor to see if it comes alive.

What causes one power window to stop working?
Only one window stops working If only one window stops working, the problem could be a bad relay, fuse issue, bad motor, or the power window switch has failed. The most common reason for one window to stop working is the switch, so this should be looked at by a professional mechanic to have your power window switch replaced.
Why does my window not go up or down?
I installed a new switch and there is not any power going to the motor. I can take two wires from battery and put them to the window motor and that will make the window go up and down. I checked all fuses and they were all okay. There is no power going to the motor. I need the wiring diagram to the left window motor and fuse box.
