Taking out the instrument cluster in my 1999 Mercedes Benz SL500 seemed scarier than it actually was. Due to the age of the car, and the unforgiving Arizona summers, plastic doesn’t seem to hold up. I was afraid of cracking the instrument cluster while pulling it out, but these hooks worked perfectly!
