Here is a good blog on the CAN AM cooling system. It looks essentially like an automobile cooling system with a thermostat and electric cooling fan. I suggest that you lift the shroud so that you can get to the fan, unplug the connector, put 12 volts on the fan and insure that the fan is working correctly.
