What kind of motor does a Husaberg 501 have?
Hard to beat Husabergs 501 motor in its last 2 years of being made (99-00) in the original form. Had the bugs worked out and were reliable. New style plastic is readily available for the 2000. If I could find a mint low hours 00 FE501 (no E Button as sprauge clutches were problematic on early engined bikes) I’d buy it.

Where is the airbox on a Husaberg Fe 570?
The angle allows for a very straight shot at the short intake tract, especially considering one of the Husaberg trademarks has been to have the airbox in the position of a typical bike’s fuel tank, up high, in front and looking right down at the top of the intake valves when you open the butterfly valve in the 42mm throttle body.
What kind of clamp does Husaberg Fe 570 use?
The 22mm-offset triple clamp has given the bike more stability and lessened the stinkbug feel of the past, but it is still high in the rear for most riders. This, combined with footpegs that feel just a little higher up and more forward than most bikes, and you’re looking at a rider’s compartment that can get a little cramped for bigger dudes.

Are there any known issues with the Husaberg fe450?
These 2009 to 2012 bergs won a swag of awards. The levels of awesomeness involved far outweigh the known issues with great handling and suspension, flat power curve and adjustable ignition mapping, excellent reliability, decent 1.4 liter oil capacity, hot looks and a wide ratio six speed box to suit all kinds of riding.
Are there any issues with Husaberg inline fuel filters?
Mesh too fine on pre-2012 inline fuel filters: Pre-2012 models had too fine a screen which was prone to blocking, but Husaberg have now got the correct gague mesh in the 2012 models sent to the dealers (assuming the dealer did actually fit them!).
