Mine are heavily ported and flow just a bit more than some of the Edelbrock RPM heads for a SBF. If you want a stroker, just buy one of the kits from Flatlander, Speed-O-Motive, Scat, etc. Cheaper in the long run than spalling together questionable modified stock parts.

Lots of machine work, costs lots of money. The build you describe will be very expensive. Better to do a good stock+ rebuild on the 351W and add some good heads and an intake with either a flat tappet or roller in the 230/240 intake range.
