What happens if you over fill a transfer case?
If its too full, the fluid will just burp out the vent tube, but 300ml is not overfill. 1 quart over is over fill. Dont worry about man, its fine.

This sounds strange. NV 245 or NV 247 fluid is P/N 05016796AB and is not ATF +4. I know that on the WJ ATF +4 was.used in the beginning, but because of clutch chatter they changed to the special mopar fluid.
