What does Everglade seasoning taste like?
It comes in a good size container for the price and the taste, it’s like a mixture of herbs with a kick of msg. We usually use this for baking chicken or fish and my fiancé loves it. He has also used it for a cabbage side salad that he likes to make and it was amazing.

About Us. In 1976 the secret formula was finally perfected, the famous logo was patented and Everglades Seasoning was born. Gerstman seasoned local meats for years until, in 1985 he sold the recipe to Gene and Martha Cross owners of the LaBelle Trading Post. The Cross’ began distributing Everglades Seasoning in southwest Florida.
