It is similar to the MSF Basic e Course, but basic learn-to-ride and motorcycle controls content is omitted and overall course time is reduced by nearly half. This e Course alone is NOT accepted as a license waiver by any state’s department of motor vehicles, or as a license to ride a motorcycle or as a learner’s permit.
Do you need a classroom for MSF motorcycle program?
No formal classroom is required unless segments of the BRC classroom were not completed. Motorcycles and helmets are provided for your use. Completion does not earn you a license test waiver nor qualify for an insurance discount. This program combines elements of the BRC and BRC2, and includes knowledge and skill tests.
How long is the MSF horseback riding course?
Just as with the regular BRC, successful completion of this course (a three-hour eCourse, five hours of formal classroom activities, and ten hours of riding instruction conducted over two or three sessions, plus knowledge and skill tests) may waive the license test in your state. The course may also earn you an insurance discount.

The Circuit RiderCourse Skill Practice is the range-only portion of the MSF Circuit RiderCourse. Riders enrolling in this course should have completed the regular Circuit RiderCourse. Emphasis is placed on hands-on practice in handling a variety of higher-speed braking and cornering maneuvers.
