What does the CJ power brake conversion kit include?
Includes mounting bracket, linkage, a new brake booster, a new master cylinder, and the necessary bleeder kit. This kit worked great. You have to alter the steel lines to the MC but that’s about the only mod necessary. Easy install except that whoever packaged it didn’t include the vacuum hose or brass fitting.
Why are my brakes not working after bleeding and new master cylinder?
There’s no air in the lines. Master cylinder appears ok. There’s no leaks in the calipers. Everything was installed the same way as beforehand except maybe gen axel nuts might have been tightened too tight. Not sure if these are symptoms of that though.
How many times do you Bleed the master cylinder?
I bled the master cylinder, and bled all the wheels in the proper way. Bled each wheel eight times in the correct order from farthest to closest to the master cylinder.

Place the old lug onto the bolt and tap with the hammer to drive the lug out of the back of the hub. After they are all removed the rotor and hub will separate. Install the new rotor onto the hub and place a lug bolt into the hole lining up the splines.
