Why are my compression valves on my Polaris Ranger not working?
Contaminated fuel can cause wear as well as other problems. Water in the fuel can cause burned valves over time. You say the machine is not using oil and the wet test you performed made no difference so my hunch is the valves. Try adjusting them to factory specs.
