We replaced the long block on a 2011 international Maxxforce 7. We finally got it all back together and went to try and fire it up and basically got nothing but an electrical fault on the dashboard and the truck doesn’t do anything. I can hear the relays clicking but getting nothing. 1HTJTSKL5BH359690. That is a cluster fault .

Ok so after looking over the fuses I saw a blown fuse to the tcu that’s inline with the power from the batteries. Now we have power to the tcu and now the starter cranks but she won’t fire up. Scanner is telling us that the fuel injectors are below normal operational range. So we are trying to bleed the system but still not starting up

I checked the powers and grounds to the ecm OK. I checked the ohms at the terminals C and D of the diagnostic plug 57.5 ohms.
