The contact owns a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. While stationary, the vehicle would not downshift and remained in third gear instead of first or second gear. The contact stated that the vehicle seemed as if it wanted to stall. There was not enough power to the vehicle upon acceleration from third gear. The dealer replaced the pcm, but the failure recurred.
