Do you need benchmarking software for Everest portable?
Everest Portable has a simple, streamlined user interface, and all you really need to do is click your mouse button and follow the onscreen instructions. You should always use high quality benchmarking software for Windows Vista and above, since the hardware components inside your PC aren’t all that reliable.
Are there any issues with the Everest portable?
Overall, for an unfinished piece of software, Everest Portable performs okay. It does work as advertised, but it’s not like it’s the greatest invention since sliced bread… it has it’s flaws. The biggest issues I had with Everest were its lack of any registry cleaner, and it’s tendency to boot up and freeze for random reasons.
Can you run Everest on a pen drive?
Since it is portable, it can also be saved to a pen drive or other removable storage unit, in order to run it on any PC. Unlike most installers, this tool does not modify Windows registry settings.
