Is the liftgate on my Nissan Armada a lemon?

Now the milage is around 70,000 and the same problem again. Love the vehicle but the liftgate is indeed a lemon and Nissan fails to correct the problem. This is my LAST Nissan Armada sadly. Dealership is apathetic. They just keep charging away. Liftgate will not open. Have to use rear safety latch on inside of door to open it. Took it to Nissan.

Is there a problem with the rear lift gate?

Small hands and wrists would have been nice. All fixed, no issues. took about 30-45 minutes, and probably saved $300 from the dealership. The rear power lift gate will open and close by itself while driving or parked. Liftgate would not operate with FOB or manually lifting the rear door handle.

Why does my liftgate not open with the motor?

Would very much like to acquire the parts to fix. Liftgate would not open via the motor or stay open via the pneumatic arms once manually lifted. Dealership speculated it was a bad motor and would cost $1,000 to replace. For $50 I replaced both pneumatic arms (one of which had evidently failed) with the arms designed for manually opening.
