Reflexology is unregulated by the Ontario government and the Municipal Act allows each municipality to license unregulated practitioners. To be exempted from the licensing requirements of the bylaw, a Reflexologist must be a Registered Reflexology Practitioner (RRPr) with the RRCO and a current member in good standing.
Is massage therapy covered for seniors in Ontario?
No. Massage therapy treatments are not covered under OHIP, regardless of whether or not the treatments are required by a physician.
How often should reflexology be done?
