Yes, our Zoos are safely open and covid-secure. Both ZSL Whipsnade and London Zoos fall under social distancing guidance, which should have a minimal impact on your visit. You can pre-book your ticket here. Day visitors will need to pre-book tickets online.

Once a date has been booked for Keeper for a Day (adult and Junior), Photography workshops, ZSL London Zoo Lodges and Lookout Lodge, a full refund or date change can be provided as long as it is a minimum of 2 months before the date of the experience.
Can you leave the zoo and come back?
Yes, you can leave and come back. You will need to have your hand stamped when you leave, and show the hand stamp when you re-enter.
