Membership into the Society is by invitation only and applies to the top 15% of college and university sophomores, juniors and seniors, as well as top-performing graduate students in all fields of study, based solely on their academic achievements.
Is the Golden Key society worth it?

How do you get Golden Key invites?
If you are a Masters or Doctorate degree student and have completed your post-graduate degree and are not yet a Golden Key member – you’ll receive an invitation. Honours degree students who fall in the top15% list and who have not taken up Golden Key membership before, will also receive an invitation.
How much does Golden Key membership cost?
Membership into Golden Key is offered to undergraduate and graduate students recognized to be among the top 15% of their class by GPA. Lifetime membership is given to those who pay a one-time fee, which was US$60 in 2002 and as of 2021 is US$95 in the United States.
