How reliable is Polaris RZR?
It’s an off-road buggy. It’s as reliable as YOU make it. If you keep your eye on things, and keep up on the maintenance, you will get a lot of good years from it. BUT: If you abuse it, ride it hard, and put it away wet… you will have problems.

Are there any problems with the Polaris 800?
Bothe the 700 and the 800 are solid engines with few problems. The only issues, as Jerry mentioned were not really caused by bad engines, but by bad electronics or injestion of dirt into the engine.
What should the fuel pressure be on a Polaris RZR?
Pappy is correct about the fuel pump all 800 RZRs require a minimum of 39psi at all times from the fuel pump. Borrow a tester from an auto parts store and test the pressure at the back end of the fuel rail. If it drops below 39psi at any time replace the fuel pump.
Are there any engine problems on a Polaris Ranger?
I did see a member recently post that he had some bad lifters (Polaris is covering it under warranty even though it is beyond the warranty period), but that is the exception rather than the rule. Most running issues are usually related to electronics (wiring/EFI system) and not what I consider an actual “engine problem”.
