After two days in the shop they found the issue FINALLY. They ordered and replaced the Starter Motor. There was nothing wrong with the starter. So after towing the car two times to Hyundai, replacing the battery, and paying for failed service once, we finally got our car back fixed. It was under warranty. Resolution: Replaced the Starter Motor.
