How much does Miracle League cost?
Our registration fee is $35. Fee waivers are available upon request. Our goal is that every differently-abled child or adult who wants to play in our league will be able to do so.

The Miracle League was founded in 1998 by the Rockdale Youth Baseball Association in Conyers, Georgia. There are now more than 200 local Miracle Leagues across the country, with 100 completed rubberized fields already built and 100 more currently under construction.
How do you volunteer for Miracle League?
Requirements
- Volunteers must be at least 12 years old.
- Volunteers must first attend a training session, held on-site before each shift.
- Volunteers must sign up online in advance for any shift they wish to serve.
- Volunteer shifts, assigned by the Field Manager, are a minimum of three hours.
How long do Miracle League games last?
How long is a game? Each game lasts a little over one hour. They are non-competitive in nature, with each player batting, running the bases and playing outfield each inning. Volunteer buddies are assigned to each individual to assist throughout the game.

How did the miracle league start?
In 1998, Rockdale Youth Baseball Association’s coach Eddie Bagwell invited the first child with a disability to play baseball on his team; Michael, a seven-year-old child in a wheel chair, attended every game and practice, while cheering on his five-year-old brother playing America’s favorite past-time.

How long is a miracle league game?

Games are 2 innings, lasting no more than 1 hour, 7 games per season (fall & spring). All players are encouraged bat and score each inning.
What is a Miracle League buddy?
What is a Miracle League Buddy? Miracle League Buddies are assigned a player for each game. The buddy is there to protect the player from balls, assist the player in batting and running the bases (if needed), and to be a friend on and off the field.
