Do LAVS float?
LAVs aren’t particularly seaworthy even at their best. In fact, they aren’t rated for any body of water with waves. There’s also a joke that LAV’s don’t float so much as they slowly sink. Still, they really can get your across a river if you do it right, and this situation is obviously not intended behavior.
