Look on top near the bottom of the windshield and you will see the dash cover piece that spans the width of most of the dashboard. To access the top two screws this needs to come out. Using a flat screwdriver (or pocket knife blade like me), simply pry the cover up until the push tabs pop out. There are four of them.
