Orange Rival Heart Event As Doctor approaches Elli on the beach, she asks why he comes here. Doctor nervously mumbles about her grandmother at first, but admits that he loves Elli. Flattered, Doctor continues to explain why he wants her by his side. Elli and Doctor will get married 7 days after this event.

Elly lives and works at the clinic in Mineral Town. She wants to be a good nurse, so she helps the Doctor with anything medical.
How do you trigger a rival heart event?
The Rival Events will occur if a boys heart color is at the matching rival heart requirement level or below. That is opposite of your own Heart Events, which can occur if the boy is at the specified color or above. You can activate a Rival Event at black, blue, green, and orange heart colors.

The Preserved Flower. This event will trigger after you see a candidate’s Blue Heart event or it is Autumn 1 of your first year or later. Exit your farm house between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm on a sunny day when it is not a Sunday or Tuesday.

How do you use preserved flower SOS FOMT?
Once the player has met all other relationship requirements, they then just need to gift the preserved flower to the person they want to marry. If everything is done correctly they will get married and be able to spend the rest of their in-game life with that person.
Do rivals get married in SoS FoMT?
The original FoMT game contains four rival events that would result in the event couples getting married. Omitting the rival marriage system also results in several random events left out of SoS:FoMT because the events required the rival couple to be married.
