How do you jumpstart an ATV starter?
Turn on the first ATV, or the one with the full battery, and let it run for a little while, approximately 3-5 minutes. After that, try and turn on the dead ATV with the cables still connected. Typically, this will do the trick and your ATV will immediately start.

Why does my 700 EFI Arctic Cat not start?
My 700 efi arctic cat, 2007 Will not start. I put in a new stator a new voltage regulator, a new starter coil, and a 500.00 electronic control modual. New spark plug. I am sure it is in neutral, and it turnes over but will not start. No spark.

There are also know problems with the starter/flywheel in the H1 Motors. Describe the problems a little more in detail and if it cranks or not. Wires under the rear fender have also been know to rub so that is another easy check. My Cat never burns oil so that is a sure sign of a problem. Should be too early for rings unless it was swamped.

Welcome Texas glad to see another cat guy on the forums. its a 2007 650 H1 FIS, and no i didnt have it Wide open throttle, i did find out then problem, the rings were gone and timing chain jumped, and with the carb, the needle and seat wernt sealing. Happy you found the problem, Sorry it isn’t a simple fix.
