- Go to store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html in your web browser.
- You will be prompted to login to your Sims 3 account.
- Once you’ve logged into your Sims 3 Account, Select “Redeem a Code”.
- Under the Redeem a Code panel, put in your 16 digit game code to redeem Monte Vista.
Can you redeem Sims 3 on Origin?
Go to the Origin site and log in with the same email and password you used for the account that Sims 3 is on. Then click Redeem Product Code. Finally go to Origin that you have downloaded to your pc and right click on the Sims 3 game and select View Game Details. There will be an option to install it there.
