Where do I find my bike key code?
My LBS wrote the key code on the receipt and inside the user guide along with the bike S/N. I think the LBS also keeps the key code in their customer data base, although I am not sure of that.
Where do I go to get new bike lock?
Much like Kryptonite Keys, when you purchased your lock you should have received a security card which has a code on it that enables new keys to be cut.
