Does spirit allow check-in?
Checking in online at Spirit.com is free, and it’s the quickest way to check in for your flight and print your boarding pass. Check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends an hour prior to departure. If you don’t check in online, our kiosks at the airport are self-serve and easy to use.
How early can you board Spirit?
Please be available for boarding at the gate at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled domestic departure and 30 minutes prior to your international departure or you may lose your reservation. In the event of a delay, we recommend that guests remain in the gate area for updates and possible early departures.

How does spirit randomly assign seats?
Spirit will randomly assign you a seat at check-in for free, but we can’t guarantee that you’ll get to sit with your friends or family. You can purchase a seat assignment and choose the seat you really want. Seat assignments start at just $5 and vary according to specific routes and location in the aircraft.
Can I check to see if someone was on a flight?
No. Only way somebody else can check your reservation is if that person knew your name, flight number and the reservation code. Even then, they would not know if you boarded the flight. No airline will give out the passenger list of a given flight.
