I did not go to a VW specialist, just a regular mechanic like Repco. Your probably better off finding a specialist, not a dealer, but an independent. It’s chain driven. V.A.G name each belt differently (Ribbed, Toothed, etc), Ribbed is the drive belt, Toothed is the timing belt, etc.
