The OEM harness you would need to install, as I understand it, would require you to disassemble half the vehicle to get to and replace as it runs from the front of the vehicle to the back and contains way more than just the wires for the stop/tail lights. Just my 2cents but I would just get a universal isolating adapter for trailer lights.

Far as i can figure out maybe only an oil/tranny cooler. I ordered the Mopar hitch which came with the harness which had to be installed and was not straight forward install for that Jeep. After beeching an moaning, got some bucks knocked off on the apparent FCA ‘tow ready’ deception.
