Do chisel toe Blundstones fit differently?
Blundstone boots typically have a loose fit and a centimetre or two of heel lift is very common with Blundstone boots. Chisel toes are a bit of a longer fit than other Blundstone styles. In our experience, some people go down a ½ to 1 full size in this style to accommodate for the longer fit.
Can you dress up Blundstones?
The beauty of our Chelsea boots is that you can dress them up or down—they’re sharp enough to wear with a suit, and rugged enough to pair with jeans and a flannel.
What is the difference between Blundstone classic and original?
Our Classics’ Series also has a leather lining for warmth and additional cushioning in the footbed for added softness. The Original Series is lined with either cotton or cambrelle, this does allow the leather to breathe more however we do use a thick 2.5mm premium leather on these boots for durability too.
Are Blundstones good for walking?
The Blundstones are excellent shoes for walking around town and decent on mellow hikes, but the minute you pick up the pace, they feel sloppy.
What is a chisel toe?
You’ll know these snub-nosed shoes when you see them because they are hideous and cheap looking. Ugly square-toed shoes. However, note that certain brands can call a chiseled toe a square toe. This will usually be an almond toe with a leading edge that is rather straight across the front.
How do you break in Blundstones?
The trick is to break them in slowly, wear them for a bit each day. DO NOT do what we did which was wear them for an entire day touring a city. Our feet were KILLING US! They hurt so much that I couldn’t wear them for a week afterwards.

Are Blundstones supposed to be tight at first?
Blundstone boots are made to fit snugly around your ankle so can be tight to pull on the first time. Over time, the boot will stretch slightly over the instep, but never lengthwise. The upper leather one piece ensures minimal seams on the boot that helps to protect against breakage and leaks.
