Had the auto-unllock set to unlock the doors when I remove the key – no problems. I changed the auto-unlock setting to when I open the driver’s door. Sometimes the rear driver’s side door wouldn’t unlock (all other doors did). Changed it back to auto unlock on key removal and not had a repeat. Maybe try changing the auto-unlock feature.
