If that happens it’s a real PITA – you can’t get to that hole to re-weld it – the entire bracket, including the spring bucket has to be replaced – somewhat major surgery. As I remember it’s not a regular bolt. It’s got a much longer than standard smooth shoulder on it. If you use a regular bolt the threads will be in contact with the back of the bracket. The rough threads will elongate the bracket’s hole and cause it to be loose – like a file.
